Trevor MatherChief Executive OfficerMore
Trevor joined Trader Media Group as CEO in 2013. Previously, Trevor was President and CEO of ThoughtWorks, a global software company with operations in 28 cities around the world. Trevor joined ThoughtWorks in 2001 to kick-start the UK branch of the company and then took accountability for all International Operations before becoming CEO in 2007. He helped oversee the business grow from a 300 person US Company to a 2,200 person global business with a particular personal focus on helping digital businesses in the UK. Before his time at ThoughtWorks, Trevor studied Aeronautics and Astronautics at Southampton University and had 10 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) focusing on e-business solutions.
David McMinnGroup Sales DirectorMore
David joined TMG in 2008 as Group Operations Director responsible for overseeing the transformation of the Auto Trader Publishing Business and its approach to the market, as well as steering TMG Operations and Change Management. In 2009, David was appointed Managing Director (Trader Publishing), and then became Group Sales Director in October 2011. Prior to joining TMG, David was CFO and then National Sales Director at Sensis Classifieds.
Nathan CoeGroup Director AutotraderMore
Nathan joined TMG in 2007 as Managing Director of Strategy & Business Transformation. Currently Nathan is responsible for the Auto Trader digital business. Prior to this he was responsible for developing growth initiatives in Mobile and Automotive Digital Marketing. Previous roles include Corporate Development at Sensis, M&A at Telstra Corporation and consulting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Tim JonesChief Information OfficerMore
A chartered engineer by trade, Tim has held numerous Technology and Business roles in organisations such as IBM, BT and ICI/Astra Zeneca prior to joining TMG in 1996 to lead the launch of autotrader.co.uk. With a broad spectrum of hands-on technology experience incorporating virtually all technology disciplines at some point in his career, in this role as CIO he provides the leadership of TMG’s technology capability with a firm focus on the commercial outcome.
Tim PeakeGroup Strategy DirectorMore
Tim joined TMG in August 2005 and has held several director level roles including Group Strategy Director, focused on M&A, new business initiatives and digital trends, MD of the overseas businesses and Head of Pricing for the UK, where he helped transition the business into a leading online player. Prior to joining TMG, Tim worked at Cadbury’s as Commercial Strategy Manager and was a Management Consultant with A.T. Kearney working across the automotive sector. Tim started his career at Goldman Sachs.
Sean GlitheroChief Financial OfficerMore
Sean has covered many roles within finance since joining TMG in September 2006, as Group Financial Controller; including Director of Commercial Finance and FD Trader Publishing. Prior to working at TMG, Sean qualified with Ernst & Young and held various positions at BPB PLC.
Joanne WalkerGroup HR DirectorMore
Joanne joined TMG as HR Director in 2000 just after the formation of the Group. Prior to this she held various HR positions at ExxonMobil and had spent six years at British Airways. After a two year career break, Joanne returned to TMG in January 2009. During her time in the role, Joanne has helped to restructure the business and drive increased employee productivity and engagement.
Chris WardGroup Director, Digital AdvertisingMore
Chris joined TMG in May 2013 as Group Director, Digital Advertising, with responsibility for the display advertising business. Prior to that he worked as EMEA Managing Director of the advertising technology business, Kenshoo, and before that he was part of the core team which set up Microsoft’s MSN business in the UK. His early media career was spent working as a journalist for the Daily Mail, Sunday Times and Sunday & Daily Express.
